West Jefferson Chevrolet has been an absolute joke! I purchased a brand new vehicle in February! My car has been in the shop 4 different times because it will not start. They say they have fixed the problem, but clearly they have not! I also, keep getting different stories from the service departments! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
If you have a work life and children these people do not work with you or try to help in any way. I feel like if I were a man and had the time to sit in their office and discuss with them all the problems they would take me more seriously, however their customer care could use work. They take advantage of the fact that I have to work, they do not come pick up my vehicle when they say they will and are late. I have had to have the same problem fixed multiple times. According to lemon law in most other states I should have been able to trade it in by now, but do to their outstanding customer care, I am unable to trade in my car and get a vehicle I can actually rely on. If you are looking to buy or trade in, do not use West Jefferson Chevrolet.
