Your service department scratch two of my wheels and the service manager Chris jumped the gun and said that a tow truck diver did it. My truck was not towed to your facilities. It was driven. They kept continuing saying that it was a tow truck driver. It was not on a tow truck. It was driven to your facilities that’s I kept explaining that to him. They just tried to continue to put it on somebody else. and not take responsibility that it happened at the service department, they also said they would have to review footage and I have not heard anything from them. i’m not mad I would just like somebody to take responsibility of their actions and fix my two wheels. That’s all I’m asking for.
