Customers Beware of Service Dept. – this particular location has very poor customer service. They fail to conduct reasonable follow up with customers regarding repairs(vehicle will sit weeks as a time and you have to phone them for updates), they do not resolve warranty work (no accountability whatsoever) – For example: oil pan leaks, they service and charge you, same spot continues to leak and they claim it’s unrelated. Worst of all this lack of regard for the customer appears to come from the top down. We spoke with Service Mgr when we dropped vehicle off this time and here we are again; 1 week has past and not a single call to the customer. Do not give these folks your business.
