Terrible customer service from the service department. Took vehicle over for an issue I was having and vehicle still under powertrain and was charged 225.00 for basically labor and issue not resolved. Asked if issue still remained would I be charged standard diagnostic fee again on vehicle for the issue that wasn’t fixed and was told they could not answer that question. Called back to try and see about getting in for service and was told free would be waived and then called again saying they couldn’t. Was basically talked out of getting service on vehicle and that they really didn’t know how to troubleshoot issue if it didn’t have a light on in car. Long story short my money will.no longer will be going to this location and they should learn to treat potential customers with a little customer service. Also will add was told they would call.me back twice to tell me about fee being waived and never received a call like I was told. Management might want to take a look at the service department before they lose more customers.
