I bought a 2021 Corolla from RMC. There was only one key and, like most dealers, they would not provide another. (A man in W Jefferson made extra keys for my Camry for $120.) There was no maintenance record whatsoever. There was no owner’s manual. I have no idea if the CVT fluid i the transmission was changed at 50,000 like Toyota recommends. RMC changed the oil but I have no idea if they put synthetic oil in as a reasonable person would. The car is a total crapshoot, by design.
