1/5 Stars – Classic Bait-and-Switch Tactics
I visited West Jefferson Randy Marion GMC inquiring about a used truck and was working with Rocky. He claimed he couldn’t give me an out-the-door (OTD) price on the spot due to computer issues, but took my name and number, promising to call me back later that day with the pricing details.
I never received a call back. When I reached out the next day, I was shocked to find that the listing price had suddenly increased by over $3,000—and that’s before taxes and fees were even applied.
Extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-through and what feels like greedy, untrustworthy tactics. Stay far away from this dealership and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
