I recommend everyone to stay clear of this dealership. My son and I had a horrible experience with the dealership and specifically salesperson Brian Absher. We had been inquiring about a car for a couple weeks, and leading up to it Brian told me he would go out of his way to help us. Finally, I called on a Friday night to see if they still had the car. He said they did, and I told him we’d be up Saturday morning to drive it. We drove 1:15 from Morganton, arrived at the dealership, only for Brian to tell us it had been sold the night before. So back home we went.
Brian took one of mine and my son’s most valuable possessions, our time. He seemed to have no concerns. We will not be back to this dealership, and caution you about BRIAN ABSHER. He is not a respectful person.
We have had nothing but good experiences at Randy Marion Subaru in Mooresville. I suggest if you see a car listed in West Jefferson, you have it shipped to Mooresville, and deal with the staff there. We’re very disappointed.
