After Randy Marion takeover of this place the service has been horrible. They have done things that have made me furious (replacing factory parts with off label part, keeping my vehicle for over a month due to ordering wrong parts, etc) and with that, having the replaced parts go bad within a year. My last experience has been over 9 months and I will NEVER take my care there again. I use Walmart for oil and tire and their service is 100% better and cheaper. For major issues I use another GMC place not owned by Randy Marion. I am normally a very laid back person but the thoughts of this place makes me furious to this day!!
