If I could give the service department a zero I absolutely would! They’re by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I had to take my vehicle there multiple times for the same issues and they never completely fixed them. They lied to Stellantis about the problems my car continues to have, I was told the burning smell coming from my engine was from my heat hitting my carpet. Not to mention it’s the middle of the summer and I never run my heat. My steering keeps going out of alignment and they said it was because the tires don’t belong on my car, they’re the tires that came on the vehicle! I called a few different Dodge dealerships and tire shops and they said that’s absolutely not true. The guy Noah doesn’t have knowledge of anything and is super rude and doesn’t care about helping the customer. And the shop foreman drove my car to his house and damaged it, in what world is it ok to take someone’s car home. I would steer clear of this service department unless you like wasting time and being treated unfairly.
