Absolutely terrible. Nothing but attitude from service advisor. Wanting me to tell him what was wrong with vehicle like I’m a mechanic. No loaners only rentals. Then have to take shuttle to enterprise. Waited on shuttle 40 mins and never came and no clue when. Took my car back and left. So much for Wagoneer extra service too. What a joke.
