Brought my brand new 2024 Jeep that I purchased from them to the service department because a sway bar bolt fell out. I had a 2 inch spacer lift installed at a local reputable shop that still used all the factory hardware so I figured it would be no big deal for my dealer to throw a bolt in it for me. Turns out they will no longer warranty my factory suspension because of it even though it’s still factory parts. I have both a factory warranty and a purchased extended warranty and they wouldn’t use either for a damn factory bolt replacement on a factory sway bar link! God forbid I was a traveler 1000 miles away from home and they turned me away! Sad part is when I was trying to decide between purchasing the already lifted Jeep rubicon they had or my Jeep, the sales manager encouraged me to put the tires and lift in mine after the purchase. Never doing business with them again.
