I had a disappointing experience with this dealership while delivering a vehicle. I had to wait about 30 minutes before anyone assisted me.
I understand that things can get busy, but there was very little communication or sense of urgency. As a driver, timing is critical, and unfortunately this delay caused me to miss my next appointment and lose work for the day.
I hope the dealership can improve coordination and show more respect for drivers’ time in the future.

No one gave me any info or the check for the delivery, and I waited 45 minutes.
