2023 Jeep gladiator has a popping noise in HVAC system. I have taken this vehicle 2 times for service to get this corrected. After being “fixed” vehicle would start doing same thing again. Vehicle is under warranty with 16000 miles and around 22 months left.
Service manager informed me that if I bought it back to them I might be charged with the repair fee because it may not be covered under warranty. A warranty is a warranty. You need to stand behind it.
They want to sale you something at a ridiculous price and when you have a problem that they can’t make good on, then you are stuck with the bill.
If I would have known I wasn’t going to get the service to stand behind the vehicle I would have went somewhere else.
