They are a rip off. Charging outrageous prices for services and ridiculous markups on parts. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me because I was a female and by myself. You can’t even get diagnostics done without them charging you outrageously. I will never go to them for anything again unless it is a recall and only because that is a free fix that has to be done by dealership.
