Went to this dealership that was 45 minutes away to buy a truck and the process of buying it was smooth, however, all of the paperwork was done incorrectly so it was a back and forth on getting that done correctly. Which is why is was so smooth to begin with. We never got a copy of this paperwork back to us, after asking multiple times. Next thing that happened was the tailgate had to be fixed, which was agreed upon at buying. They had the truck for almost 2 weeks whenever they called and couldn’t find parts for the new tailgate, so we had to drive 45 minutes to let them use parts off the old tailgate that was on the truck. Another 2 weeks go by and the truck is finally done and within 48 hours of having the truck back, the check engine light comes on. Take it back to the dealership and turns out the NOx sensor was bad and was going to cost almost $2,000 to fix. We had the truck less than 2 months and had it in our possession maybe 3 weeks out of the 2 months since we bought it. NEVER buy anything from this dealership unless you want to be in the same situation. We were met with “it’s just unfortunate timing” and “there is nothing we can do, we know it’s frustrating”. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
