Worst place to take your car, went in for service and wanted a software update for transmission and radio for my van. When i got it back they had installed an update for the pcm and didn’t even ask
and told me there was not a update for the trans. They just decided to install a random update to make some money.
Also never addressed the issue i asked them to look at, instead they gave me a quote to replace all the components that are in the front suspension $4400
I asked them to drive it to see what i was talking about they never did. It had .02 miles more on it than it did when it was dropped off.
(Another shop found a bad cx axel was causing the click i wanted them to look at)
$898 later i have a questionable update i didn’t ask for and now i magically have steering issues that jerk the wheel and the steering wheel get hung up.
When i took it back to have it looked at for that, i was blown off as not knowing how lane assist works by the tech who worked on the van, he repeatedly cut me off and would never let me explain what was wrong.
I have 4 kids that ride in this van and its not safe.
I expected better form a “dealer”
Do yourself a favor and save headache, find someone else.
