i just bought a 2023 audi A4 from this dealership and we did not realize there was missing parts from underneath the car. We are missing the under shield that protects it from rust. I called the first time and they said they would call me back. Its been 2 weeks and over 10 calls, and i still have no reply from them. Every time I ask for my sales associate (Charles) then it would go straight to voicemail. I havent had anytime to drive up there because I live an hour away. I’m only writing this review because no one is responding to my calls, and you bet ill be there soon with paperwork from audi.
Update: So they refused to replace my part, now me as a 17 yr old really tried to mediate with them, but they made it really difficult as they are the one who sold me a vehicle with an undisclosed part. As for that, I have filed a complaint to the DMV and have called my bank, so both will investigate this. I even went to audi and got formal paperwork saying that there is missing parts from under the car which exposes critical parts of the car. The parts cost close to $1500 (pictures are attached). Now if they still don’t replace it after all of this, i definitely have other ways.
