This purchasing experience has not been good. We purchased a new truck but off the lot the computer and light systems did not work. We were told, “it’s not a problem, it just needs a software update”. We bought the truck 7 weeks ago and still no resolution on the issue. It’s sad and frustrating that we trusted them to sell us a functional new truck and that is not what we received.
