Terrible communication. Had to threaten to call customer service before someone would call me back. Only diagnostics were ran, nothing “checked”. Recommended a $6000 repair (got it fixed for $1400 at another place). When I denied the estimate, communication disappeared again. Recall wasn’t completed, update to software wasn’t performed and car was NOT washed or detailed when I picked it up (refused to deliver). Do NOT recommend this sorry excuse for a dealership.
