We bought my 2020 Lincoln Navigator L black label in 2022 from Randy Marion. We were never told any engine/transmission issues when we bought it, we only knew the previous owner backed into something and there was a little damage on the rear bumper (that was ok, barely noticeable).
My car has been in the shop probably 5-6 times since 2022. All for the same issue. My car would jerk and studder when driving. They kept fixing the same issue over and over.
The last two times it’s been in the shop, I’ve been out of warranty. (By 2,000 miles) again, for the same issues they’ve “solved” numerous times before. We needed up paying some of the cost and Lincoln helped for that one. We still had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for this fix.
(Note, we have mentioned to Arisman that it most likely needs a new transmission because we started looking into this after the second time. Instead of getting doing what needed to be done, they kept bandaiding the issue)
Two weeks later, my car is messing up again…studdering and jerking. Guess what they FINALLY want to do…. Replace the transmission now that we are out of warranty. Randy Marion doesn’t want to help us, Lincoln doesn’t want to help us. And they expect us to pay almost $12,000 for the transmission and labor.
I will NEVER buy anything from any Randy Marion dealership and regret buying this vehicle from them. I have been so disappointed after spending so much money on a vehicle from them that has been nothing but a headache and inconvenience the entire time.
Plus, our vehicle is still sitting in their parking lot after two months because we can’t get it fixed 🙄
