Terrible customer experience. I dropped my vehicle off for a simple estimate and when I picked it up, it was making weird sounds and they tried to charge me hundreds and hundreds of dollars for nothing! And they said they changed my oil and THEY DID NOT! and they charged me for that. Absolutely ridiculous I will not be using Randy Marion in the future
