After dealing with the commercial side with my F 250, I thought the service was far and beyond but after what I went through with my wife’s Ford escape was a nightmare. I understand two different departments but I consider as one company. I decided to have my wife’s escape with a full detail which is overpriced for the job that was done. Mistake #1, they pick up the vehicle detailed and return back into our possession. I noticed the antenna was broken. That was fixed, but we had to have it put back into the shop. Mistake #2 The detailing job wasn’t professionally done, missing half of the job. Mistake #3 I complained about the detailing job, and they offered to redo it, but this time I found out that someone smoked in the vehicle when it was picked up. I confronted them about it, but it was denied that no one works there smokes. We don’t smoke so explain to me how ashes got into the vehicle. NEVER again, will I be doing business with this dealership!!! (If could they would receive no stars)
