The staff were all very friendly! Sea and the gentleman curtesy driver were both very nice. I took 2 of my Kia’s to this location to have recalls fixed. Nothing at all was wrong with either car prior to my appointments but when i picked up my second car there were 4 lights illuminated on my dash board indicating that my Brake Light switch needed to be replaced. The dealership offered to fix it for $275. This happen in the position of the dealership, and they are refusing to take accountability so they came back to offer to fix it for half the price. Very very disappointing, as I asked for the service manager to give me a call, No Call! And again this was an issue that happened in their possession, so I do not understand how I am responsible for paying for the repairs when it was nothing wrong with it prior to me bringing it to them for the recalls. I truly hope they will do the right thing and I can update my review!
