This Kia dealership service team almost made me waste over 10k dollars for a new engine that wasn’t even needed. They lied to me about what my extended warranty company was telling them. Kia service told me my claim was denied when that was not true. so I tried to sale them my car, sales team told me no that my motor was locked up. Even tho I drive the car to them. They charged me 500 dollars just to lie and say I need a new engine. This really put a lot of stress on me thinking that my engine was blown and now my extended warranty was denied. They made me feel like they didn’t want to help me out in no way. Took my car to Kia of concord they fixed my car for less than 500 dollars plus the charges for diagnostics. I feel like Gerry wood should not have charged me for so many man hours just to lie and not to have any information to fix car. not sure why I was treated like this I was nothing but nice to them even tho I was in a very stress state.
