This place has really fallen off. I purchased my vehicle from this place 4 years ago and decided to trust them with servicing my vehicle because I had a great buying experience with them. The last 3 times I’ve been here the service has been absolutely terrible. 4 hours for simple tire exchanges, 3 hours for simple oil changes and the last straw for me was this past Saturday. I had a 10 am oil change appointment, I arrived on time and I see that they are 3 cars backed up on both bays. I get it it’s Saturday and they’re busy they might be running behind, however I’m still thinking that hey I made an appointment they know I’m supposed to be here and they are looking directly at me so somebody is going to come and tell me something. No, I wasn’t spoken to, greeted, or acknowledged until 10:30. Then what makes it worse another car that pulled up 15 minutes after me was taken care of first. When I was finally acknowledged I expressed to the service person that I didn’t appreciate my experience so far and he tried to blame it on the AI scheduling technology that they are using. I explained that I didn’t appreciate not being acknowledged for over 30 minutes and also being skipped over. He then explained that my appointment was not scheduled for him but for the other service person, so thats why I wasn’t greeted. I showed him my speedometer where it showed that I traveled 35 miles to come here to allow them to service my vehicle and had been choosing them for the past 4 years, so to me it didn’t matter who it was that was supposed to greet me, nobody did and it was unprofessional and that after this service I would not be returning since I didn’t matter to them. I finally got my car back after waiting almost 2 hours for just an oil change that cost $125. I understand prices are going up but I believe that is a bit excessive, especially when I was paying that amount for oil change and tire rotations the last time I was there. Overall, they need to make some major changes in there before I’ll ever comeback.
