Found a car online so we called and asked if it was still available before making the hour drive. This was our first time buying a car so we made mistakes and allowed them to take advantage. When we got to the dealership they wanted to start pulling credit and numbers before we ever saw the car. When we said we wanted to see the car first the dealer rushed us through the process. We told him what we could do with monthly payments. He told us that with the sticker price of the car he was sure that we would be within those numbers. Once the numbers were done the payments would have been almost double. We told him that we could not make that work. He kept pressuring us and would not listen to the fact we could not make that payment work. When looking over the numbers we realized that the sticker price was no where to be found on the print out. When we inquired about that multiple times our question was avoided. They also have a lot of extras that are not optional. The manager on duty was rude with my husband because the car was being detailed for us because he thought we were buying the car. When we told the salesman over and over we were not buying the car. We left and went to Enterprise Car Sales. We left enterprise with a newer car, less miles, more features with the payments we were wanting. Their salesman was also a lot better and did not pressure us.
