I have a new vehicle and this was the first oil change. Across social media I have read posts that discuss some deceptive business practices by dealers. I didn’t put much thought to it until now. The service advisor tried to convince me that my alignment was having issues. Refer to earlier about the age of car. I assure you it drives great. I made a post on social media and received several reports of the same happening to others because the alignment is under warranty for the first year. I will be taking my cars elsewhere from now on.
