I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. We found the used car advertised online for around 16K that had been discounted from around 19k. After arriving to look at the car and asked to take it for a test drive we were informed that there are two add on’s already done on the vehicle. Engraved glass with a tracking serial number at $249 and a protection coating on the exterior and interior of the car for around $799. With these 2 add on’s it added around 1K extra to the advertised price. Again this is a used car not new.
When I asked about the tires that looked original to the car with 36K miles on driver side and 2 different tires on passenger side I was told that they would not replace due to the discounted price.
Now the fun begins, with incorrect credit score resulting in a much higher interest rate then what I was expecting based on research done before arriving at the dealership. I was told the best interest rates are in the mid 6% range and that was the best they can do. When I got up to leave the interest rates started dropping. At this point I had NO desire to purchase from them.
Next day I checked with my own bank and was able to get approved under 4% with a much higher credit score that was more in line with what we saw doing our on research. Overall, I just felt that this dealership was not honest and upright in their dealings.
