I’d give them zero but it’s not a choice. Took my 2013 crosstrek in on a trailer due to it not running and they tell me, “all you need is an oil change”. Ask them to do a compression test and after 6 hours of silence the mechanic Fred tells me I need a new engine. Wow!!! So I ask Fred how he knows I need a new engine and he hangs up on me. Then I don’t hear from them for 3 days. Leave messages and still nothing. Go to pick the car up and the service dept had no clue of what’s going on. As a100% disabled veteran im on a tight budget, had the money to get the new motor but wouldn’t trust Fred and Tom iF they paid me. ALL VETERANS STAY CLEAR!!!
