Dropped my car off on Monday evening for a 7:30am appointment Tuesday morning. It was scheduled for tires and brakes and an oil change. I also wrote on the card what exactly was to be done. I was told this would be a 3 hour job. Late Tuesday afternoon we were called and told the wrong tires were ordered! So they said I could drive back down for a loaner vehicle. And we did that. We were then not called till after 3:00 on Wednesday afternoon saying my vehicle was done. We got there and as they were going over the bill we noticed that the oil change was not done. We questioned them about it and of course they said we are sorry it must have been overlooked! They then told us they could do it but it would be the next day! Ummm NO THANKS one more trip back to Mooresville! Little to say unless I have an issue with my tires I WILL NOT BE BACK!
