This dealership had lease terms advertised for a month. My wife and I were given the same lease terms over the phone multiple times by Josh. Went to the dealership to sign papers and finalize. Long story short, Todd (who I believe is their finance manager) and Josh (salesman) effectively forced us to spend hours proving Subaru had incorrect information, jumping through endless hoops, only for them to suddenly jack up the lease terms dramatically and flat out refuse to honor the original terms or even meet us halfway.

They literally acknowledged that they “could” adjust the MSRP in order to honor the original terms, but they plainly refused because they told me the deal was already too good. I had even offered to meet them half way, so it wasn’t such a complete waste of time, but they put me on hold, clearly considered it, only to come back and refuse again, acting like I should be thanking them for this inflated price.

Wasted hours upon hours of our time, all while we had our 4 month old baby with us and two toddlers being babysat at home. Not to mention, this was the last day of the month, so now we can’t even go back to the other dealerships to take advantage of the other deals that I spent weeks negotiating, that Josh and his manager insisted they would beat. Such a horrific experience for my wife and I. This would’ve been my third Subaru, but not anymore.
