We purchased a buick enclave ad we were heading up to see family and had been looking for a vehicle that would tow our boats and i was wanting a blue vehicle. My husband mentioned as we were driving from Georgia that this dealership had a buick enclave that met our criteria. We stopped and ended up buying s vehicle. But since we have purchased the vehicle we still do not have a tag. We have called and Shelby gave us a tracking number that has only been generated for several weeks. So the temporary tag expired on 12/17/2023.
We have been giver the run around by the salesman John and the finance manager. I do not want to be pulled over because i am driving on an expired temporary tag.
Lesson learned to not be pressured into buying a vehicle until all the departments have finished there part. I am ready to bring the vehicle back and request my money back.
