I would strongly suggest avoiding doing any business with Randy Marion Buick GMC Truck! I bought used Yukon there and it has to be the worst vehicle transaction I’ve ever dealt with! I truly regret not walking out early in the process. The salesman, Steve Roger’s, was personable but the textbook used car salesman.
The deal was not great financially but the worst issues appeared after the paperwork was completed. First, they only provided one key fob (and as a GM dealer that is ridiculous). Every time I have bought vehicle from a dealer in the past, they FILLED it with fuel this one only got half a tank! They provided no floor mats (except the paper dealer one on the drivers side.). The cleanup shop people must be blind as the paint looks like it was only washed – once I got it home in garage under the fluorescent lights the water spots are terrible, I opened the rear hatch window and you could have plowed and planted something in the amount of dirt that was there, there are pine needles under the weather striping and in the lower front door jams. And I had to pay $800 for the ResistAll protection. I hope they didn’t spray something on the pitiful paint.
