My wife took our Yukon in for an oil change and to have infotainment system reviewed as it is slow and doesn’t function as it should, with constant skipping on SiriusM. They tried to upsell a 55k mile service package even though the vehicle isn’t even at 49k miles yet.
Hector pulled out a folder and showed that many customers complain of infotainment issues with 2023 Yukons.
I was charged $191 for the work on infotainment system – was emailed an invoice… I called Hector on 9/23 at 1246 and left a voicemail as I wanted to understand the charges and if anything else needs to be done with infotainment system. 3 days later and still haven’t heard back – will be going elsewhere when I look to buy a new vehicle in near future.
