The sales process at Claude Nolan is seamless and super easy. That I am grateful for, nothing worse than having to be at a dealership all day and I have had my share of doing that. The 2 star rating is for the treatment received after the purchase of the my used vehicle. When test driving the vehicle we heard a humming sounds which seemed to be a tire. We were told since they had the vehicle for so many days on the lot it could be a flat spot. Made sense to us and we where told that the dealership has a state of the art verification system that is also used on their used cars and the sales person went on to telling us that he has worked in many dealerships and never seen the verification process they have at Claude Nolan. Mind you this is the Saturday right before everything was pretty much shut down due to COVID and that was all starting up. People were having to work from home etc. so I really didn’t use the vehicle for probably 4 weeks. Here and there to the supermarket. I noticed an oil leak and had to take to get checked out (not at Claude Nolan) was fixed up and the tire humming sound kept happening. I called the dealership since this is a tire wasn’t sure really what it was and understood that it could be dangerous. Long story short I believe the manager for used car is the one that spoke to me and was the rudest, condensing, not well mannered person I have dealt with. He never gave me his name or introduced himself, pretty much spoke to me like I was a dumb woman and didn’t know what I was talking about. Showed me an analysis of the tire and how they were all in good condition. Well $480 later I just changed all the tires and the tire shop showed me the tire in question and it was indeed warped and messed up. I wasn’t looking for a handout but that the 1 tire be acknowledged. So this machine that you have is rigged it doesn’t analyze the whole tire and only the thread of it not the inner portion of it.
