Service Department experience is horrible – not a Cadillac Luxury experience. They won’t even return GM corporate’s calls.
Didn’t expect this for service when bought Cadillac, wouldn’t buy Cadillac again if this was the nearby dealer to do the service / maintenance work.
Sales and Finance Departments were great to deal with if that is of interest to know.
