This is the second bad experience I’ve had at Randy Marion. I gave 2 stars simply because I did walk away with new oil. The last “quick oil change” I did the air broke and it took 3 hrs for an oil change because they had to manually lift the car and go get oil from the other location because they couldn’t pump oil. They spilled it all over the engine and it smoked and smelled horrible for days. While I was there they said they would discount the service for the inconvenience but when I checked out they didn’t and I was so irritated I didn’t argue for it. I decided to give them another chance thinking that was a one time thing and they couldn’t help the machine broke. So again I made an appointment for an oil change at their “quick service”. I was there 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I wanted a balance but they wouldn’t do it due to needing new tires, which I understand. They suggested basically everything on the car which has less than 40,000 miles on it. It may need it but the prices to do it all were crazy. I paid $20 more than going to my usual place that I’ve never been more than 30 mins. Never again!
