In my search of a new vehicle, I briefly worked with this dealership. The salesman I was in communication with was Austin Patterson. He was very helpful in answering questions I had about the vehicles I test drove and was easy to work with. The reason why I decided to not purchase a vehicle from here was not due to the service I received from Austin, but because the price of the vehicle which was advertised on the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in was not honored. The weekend I test drove it the price was $13,488 on the windshield. However, I was told the vendor made a mistake and wrote the wrong price and it was actually $17,488. I was disappointed that the original price was not honored. As a result, I decided to look at other options for a vehicle.
