I had an appointment at 9:00. I arrived at 8.55 and was checked in. As is was just before the holiday, I waited on the service as I had several things to do immediately after. My car was not taken back until 9:28. The oil change and tire rotation took over an hour. After finally checking out and leaving, the bottom of my leather steering wheel was scratched and all 4 tires had low air. Not a good experience.
