I have had nothing but excellent service from Randy Marion, until this week. Brought Cadillac in and they had it from 10:00 am til 7:00 pm. No loaner car, had to be shuddled to and from home that is almost an hour drive each way. No offer to wash car or any assistance in this situation. Service has gone down hill and seems like they are on an austarity program.
