The dealership and General
motors knows that there is a problem with the transmission in my 2019 Silverado. The torque converter in those vehicles are not working properly and I continue to get a hard jolt with my transmission when going from reverse to drive. They changed the fluid as a bulletin said do, but it didn’t fix my problem. Only 300 more miles and my warranty runs out, then I’ll be paying out of pocket when it eventually breaks altogether. If GM knows it’s a problem then fix it.
