Dropped off my 2007 Cadillac Escalde, for airbag recall and I asked if an oil change and tire rotation could be done along with multi point inspection. Was told yes and that the service department would call me to let me know when the vehicle was ready. Never received a call back or message. After I called the next day, was told that the vehicle was ready the previous day. When I picked up vehicle, no reminder of next oil change sticker, multi point inspection might have been done but no one reviewed it with me and the notes are hard to interpret. Airbag light is on.
