Gonna give these guys a 2-star. Started with 1-star, but changed my mind.
I am actively looking for a car, so more dealer reviews here and to follow. Looked at a nice used car advertised with a “Best Price” online. Went online to chat, before they were opened, gave the bot my number. I wanted to talk before I drove over an hour to be disappointed in person. Salesman called later in the day. I asked what the “out the door” price on the car was. Surprise! It was $2000 more than the “Best Price” advertised. Included non-negotiable add-ons like some special wax and administrative fees. I understand tax, tag, title. The 15 minutes of paperwork they do is not worth $899 – that’s $3600/hr if you do the math.
The reason they didn’t get 1-star is that I complained about the BS and someone actually called me back and discussed it with me. He wouldn’t tell me why, if these things are non-negotiable, they just wouldn’t put it in the price. He did, however, have the stones to call me back and listen to my tirade. I respect that.
All-in-all, their advertising is deceptive and dishonest and I don’t recommend doing business with them. I’ll certainly never again consider them.
