I scheduled my appointment weeks out to make sure I was not rushing the body shop. I was told it would take 3 days to complete the work. We delivered the car on Sunday for work on Monday. Five days later my husband took off work (in Charlotte) as we were told our Escalade would be ready a 2:00 on Friday (again 5 days in). On our way we called to make sure it was ready. Again it was not. We did not get our car until 5:00. As it was 5 o’clock on Friday they did not have time to clean it up. After inspection when we got home we found that the bumper was not lined up properly and on the driver side the bumper protrudes out past the fender. I am not at all happy with the whole experience with body shop. I will say the manager took off 120.00 from the bill for some of our inconvenience. But as we both know that did not make up for the bad body work. I hope I never need body work again but if I do it will not go to Randy Marion. I excepted expert service for my Cadillac which we did not get.
