Found almost to a T the vehicle I was searching for here, over 3 hours away from where I live. A 2011 Tahoe LTZ- it’s beautiful. Priced very competitively, but still a large investment for the year of vehicle. Customer service seemed great, everyone is super nice and helpful. Was very happy with the trade in value I was offered on my car. Did business completely over the phone, but specifically asked multiple times what the mechanical or cosmetic flaws were on it, that I needed to know what to expect. Doing business over the phone is a big risk, but I was told how important honesty is to their company, and so on, so I was confident in them. I was sent a picture of a small stain on the headliner and a small scratch on the lower front bumper…no big deal. I got my vehicle delivered… another huge perk… they deliver, and that’s awesome. But after having to rush through paperwork so the driver could get back, and over the next few days, we’ve noticed some issues we were not informed about. We only received one set of keys. Not a big deal, except remote start keys with keyless liftgate is gonna cost a lot. There are issues with the windshield wipers, a carch in the steering while driving, drivers side window, a lid on the middle console area, passenger side headlight cover, drivers side headlight is out, and there is a crack in the dash in a spot that can be hard to see for someobe my height. So even though I got a fairly decent deal, I’m going to end up spending a lot more out of pocket to fix these things I was conveniently left in the dark about. I’d have been better off paying a little more upfront with someone else. I’d think twice before doing out of state business here.
