My ram truck been in service since Wednesday morning told they were diagnosing it than thursday we just got it in and going to diagnose it now its Friday afternoon still nothing no return calls call them and get told they diagnosing it. no loaner vehicle which is covered under warranty but has to have a diagnoses. May 29 the general manager called me and discussed the issue with service and about my truck He was very helpful with resolving the issue. Thank you
