The ONLY reason i’m doing two stars is due to our excellent sales guy that worked with us ( he was great ) . Other than him Our experience was NOT good, our issue was with the upper guys/money handlers of the sales center. To make a long story short for any buyers that come in to buy & pay IN FULL with no financing make sure you bring a cashiers check or go during normal bank hours. Don’t go after hours, you cant take your new car home even if your a REPEAT customer, that doesn’t matter to them . We went in last Friday, trade & title in hand ready to make a deal, we DID get a deal done but in the end they would not take my check so we could NOT finalize the deal and take the new car home. They wanted to take a picture of the check, then they came back and wanted to get my business info of the states Secretary of commerce website then that wasn’t good enough…… I guess I expected to be done a little better as a REPEAT customer, giving a 40k trade in with the title & being the owner of a incorporated company giving a company check I would think they could take a check from a REPEAT customer …. we were sent home without the SUV we traveled almost 4 hrs to get. Remember im a REPEAT customer I bought a 80k car here just 4 years ago, AND im giving them a trade worth OVER 40k with the TITLE . There was a awkward moment Friday when they inquired about my having the title to my trade ( and YES i had it in hand ) I ‘guess’ they thought i was going to give my title over at that point? NOT QUITE , it was handed over TODAY upon the delivery of the new SUV we bought. Why would i give a title to you prematurely and you wont take a check from me? Granted they did deliver the new SUV to us 4 days later and that was great, it was just very sad that we couldn’t complete the transaction the night we drove there to get it done. After this experience we WONT be traveling to make any more purchases , we WILL be buying local to us. So non finance buyers beware do your buying during business hours or you will be going to the dealership for nothing.
