Have always taken my new jeeps to Gerry Wood but will not be using them after my last trip. Consultant was too concerned about a dirty air filter and water in the brake line instead of making sure my fluids were filled! Got home and checked my fluids to find the power steering low and the windshield fluid empty. I would expect a $80 oil change would have included the inspection of these two things. My review is not about the money but safety of my vehicle and the expectations from this dealership. I can get an oil change anywhere without an appointment!
