Went in for an oil and filter change. It took them 1 and 1/2 hours to do the oil change. When I went to pay the bill was 30 dollars more than I was quoted on the phone when I set up my appointment. The service advisor said that it was tax. I told him that there isn’t that much tax on 70 dollars. He blamed the person who quoted the price. Poor customer service. When got ready to leave and had to wait on them to move vehicle’s out of the way so that I could get out.
