I will try to keep this review objective and stick to the facts. I found a car here on TrueCar and contacted the dealership about it, asking for the out-the-door price from the get-go, due to issues I had with other dealerships getting me to the end of the process then adding on hidden fees. I received an out-the-door price from Britney, who was friendly and courteous with her response. I also spoke with Sheryl, who assisted with the process while Britney was out of office.

With out-the-door numbers in hand, I talked with my credit union, and they reached out to Randy Marion Kia to obtain the out-the-door price, in order to prepare a check to be sent to the dealership. The same quote was sent to my credit union, who promptly shipped the check out.

The check arrived at Randy Marion Kia on Friday morning according to the UPS tracking details. A few hours after the check arrived, the dealership informed me that I needed to pay around $2,400 (yes, two thousand four hundred dollars) for a service bill that was not mentioned prior to this point. This was the exact situation I was seeking to avoid by asking for the out-the-door numbers upfront.

With check still in hand, Randy Marion Kia then sold the same exact car to someone else over the weekend. I then had to go through the process of getting the loan and extended warranty canceled through my credit union, who was very unhappy with the experience.
